Accordingly, training needs are determined collaboratively by employees and managers, considering their professional and personal development, current and potential tasks, and are subjected to training processes at specific intervals.

PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION

An effective and objective performance evaluation system is implemented in our company where goals and results are discussed together. This system allows managers and employees to share mutual expectations, utilizing concrete and measurable criteria in performance evaluation. During these discussions, steps for the personal development plan of the employee and their training needs are identified and pursued.

PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Personnel Performance Management System (PPYS) aims to integrate organizational goals with employees’ personal goals, support personal success, increase organizational success, evaluate the contributions of all employees to reaching organizational goals in a fair, systematic, and measurable manner, enhance employee commitment to the organization by determining their expectations, and create a motivating working environment to increase workforce productivity.
